F.A.Q.

    1. WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO ASSISTANCE?
      • You, your spouse and your children under the age of 18.
       
    2. HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THE PRODUCT?
      • If your subscription is not included as a free additional service made available through your insurance policy or membership of an organisation you will only be entitled to assistance on payment of a monthly subscription fee after completion and acceptance of your application.
      • You will immediately be entitled to legal assistance on payment of your subscription fee subject to waiting periods in respect of specified products.
      • The subscription fee is payable monthly in advance and you are responsible to ensure that sufficient funds are available in your account for the payment thereof.
      • Access to assistance will immediately cease upon non-payment of your subscription fee.
      • Fees will not be refundable and will be allocated to the full months’ subscription despite cancellation within the calendar month.
      • The product provider has the right to increase the monthly subscription fee from time to time subject to thirty days’ notice to you.

    3. IS THIS PRODUCT INSURANCE?
      • No, this is a non-insurance product.

    4. WHAT ASSISTANCE DO YOU HAVE ACCESS TO?
      • Call back option through a dedicated contact line.
      • 24-hour legal telephonic legal assistance.
      • A 30-minute free consultation limited to one consultation allocated for every three months completed subscription period.
      • Free standard legal documents accessible through the web-portal through your allocated username and password.
      • Additional services depending on the product selected including:
        • Rescission of judgments by consent;
        • Drafting of settlement agreements in un-opposed divorces;
        • Discounted rates for the transfer of immovable property;
        • Drafting and registration of antenuptial contracts;
        • Registration and administration of deceased estates.
        • Nationwide panel of attorneys vetted by the product provider and available to you at an agreed fee rate.

    5. WHAT ARE EXCLUDED?
      • Any political activities by the subscription holders or activities against public interest.
      • Any claim against the service provider or such entity who appointed the service provider on your behalf.
      • Matters relating to riots, strikes, lock-outs or a concerted class labour action or disturbance.
      • Any matters arising after cancellation of the subscription.
      • Any cause of action or set of circumstances that arose before the effective date of your subscription.
      • Contracts not included in 4.4.
      • You will have to provide proof that listed exclusions do not apply in order to qualify for assistance.

    6. IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
      • Any information provided in your application will be considered relevant and material to your subscription.
      • The terms and conditions cannot be varied, changed or altered by anyone other that the service provider.
      • The service provider has the right to cancel your subscription on thirty days notice.
      • You may cancel your subscription on 30 days written notice to the service provider.
      • Any amendment of these terms and conditions will be communicated to you per email or sms message per the detail communicated to the service provider and recorded against your subscription. A notice sent to you per sms message or email will be regarded as received by you once sent by the service provider.
